ABOUT ME
For the Love of Riding
My first passion is my family; I'm luckily enough to have an amazing wife and two crazy young boys who keep me on my toes and smiling. Squeezed in between my hectic family life and a busy professional career I find time for my second passion - cycling.
I love the freedom cycling gives me, the connection to fellow cyclists, the competition, the sense of achievement and most of all the challenge to push myself to my limits and beyond.
That's why I enjoy climbing so much, It's me against the road, I'm never going to win the mountain leader's jersey in any race but I won't be beaten by any mountain!
And let's be honest, who doesn't love descending at 40+ mph, savoring the real prize for conquering the climb!

HAUTE ROUTE, ALPS
2019 will be the 9th edition of founding event of the Haute Route Cycling Series.
Start: Megève.
Finish: Nice.
Host Towns: Courchevel, Alpe d’Huez, Serre Chevalier, Pra Loup
Featuring 8 Stages in 7 Days - Two half-stages on the final day linking Pra Loup to St-Etienne de Tinée and then to Nice. Covering ~500 miles and ~60,000 feet of climbing.
